Fort Collins Pet Sitter and Dog Walker

As a second-year veterinary student at Colorado State University, my love for all animals is extensive and I have a thorough understanding of administering medication and determining if an animal is presenting as happy and healthy. These veterinary skills make me an exceptional pet sitter as the well-being of the animals I am working with will always be at the forefront of my mind. I cherish opportunities to talk with clients about their bond with their animals and love providing enrichment and engagement with animals in their own homes!

As a previous Veterinary Technician with a bachelor’s in Equine Science and as a horse owner myself, I am resourceful in working animals of all sizes. I have been a lifelong dog trainer starting with taking care of my family’s AKC golden retriever breeding operation at the age of six and have trained several dogs to be K9 Good Citizen certified. More recently I have been an active member of CSU’s Intercollegiate Dog Agility Team and enjoy teaching dogs of all sizes and levels how to direct their energy into a fun and engaging sport. As a result, I am very in tune with addressing behavioral problems in animals through positive reinforcement and as a Fear Free Certified professional I constantly work to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in all the animals I work with. Previously I have been a pet and farm sitter for 6 different veterinarians across Fort Collins and Denver proving that I am very trustworthy and capable of providing exceptional care and exercise to a variety of species.
