Hi, my name is Stephanie and I have been in the Northern Colorado area for 20 years. My passion for animals has been steadfast my entire life, starting with my two finches and kitten when I was a kid. Growing up on a ranch, I have spent countless hours caring for horses, cattle, barn cats, and have a love of high-energy herding breeds. Our ranch has always been home to orphaned animals, tending for
two draft horses when an owner became too ill to care for them and many orphaned calves that needed special care. My family has never said no to an animal in need!
Through high school, I was active in rodeo, volunteered at the local veterinary clinic, and attended CSU where I obtained my Bachelor’s in Animal Science. I have spent a large portion of my career working for veterinary and animal health companies, spending my off-hours pet sitting for friends and neighbors. I absolutely love young and energetic animals, but my soft spot is for senior pets. I have regularly cared for
senior and special needs dogs and cats including animals with seizures, cancer, and physical limitations. Having a dog that became very physically limited in her older age propelled me to begin caring for many senior pets knowing I could provide the patience and care needed. I am excited to spend time with your young and old pets alike and care for your fur family just as I would my own.
